After purchasing one Walk 'n' Roll packer/roller it wasn't hard to convince our present board of county commissioners that a roller on the back of every grader would be of great savings to the Highway Department.The rollers simply work, especially in wet conditions. They save time, labor, fuel and eliminate a blading or two. When conditions are right the road top stays tied down longer helping to eliminate aggregate lost.
We purchased our first Walk 'n' Roll in March of 2005 and we have purchased eight more since.
