Converse County has about 450 miles of gravel roads to maintain. Scott said in the spring time they blade the roads and before they can compact the roads it rains and washes our the roads. Scott also says they were chasing their tail and is counting on the Walk 'n' Rolls on all of their motor graders to solve this problem by compacting the roads as they blade them. Blade and compact at the same time, one man can do the work of two.
